Raphinha highlights the significance of their recent win against Napoli ahead of Atlético Madrid encounter.
Raphinha discussed the upcoming match against Atlético in the club’s media. “We’re in good shape, the game against Napoli was crucial for boosting our confidence ahead of this clash with Atlético,” he remarked, referring to the 3-1 victory over the Italian club that secured their spot in the Champions League quarter-finals. “We know it’ll be a tough game against Atlético, who are always up there fighting for the top spots. It’s tough to play at their stadium because their fans put on a lot of pressure, but we’re aware of our quality and strength,” the Brazilian expressed.
Finally, Raphinha noted, “It’ll be an important match to stay close to the top two and also for our confidence.”
