Barcelona met with Erling Haaland’s agents.
Rafaela Pimenta, representative of Erling Haaland, along with his right-hand man, former Barça player Maxwell, met on Wednesday at noon with Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco, as revealed by Jijantes’ Twitch channel. The summit took place at Sushi 99, and according to the same information, Deco, Rafaela Pimenta, and Maxwell met for three hours in one of the restaurant’s private rooms.
At present, it seems unlikely that Barça can afford to sign Erling Haaland, whom the club tried to acquire before he joined Manchester City. In fact, Haaland’s then-agent, Mino Raiola, travelled to Barcelona to meet with Barça’s president, Joan Laporta, who greatly admired him. Additionally, Xavi even travelled to Munich to meet with the forward.
