The club has asked for the vote of no-confidence to be held on the 15th and 16th of November. The Catalan government will to respond to that request in the coming days.

At mid-day today, FC Barcelona met with the Catalan government to discuss the date for the vote of no-confidence. During the meeting, the Catalan government ensured the club that there will be no health or legal obstacles with the date they have set. They expect the vote of no-confidence to happen safely, provided that health protocols are followed.

Barcelona have expressed their will to cooperate with the organizers of the vote of no-confidence. They’ve said that, because of the complexity of the logistics, they will need at 15 days to organise the event. Thus, they have asked for the referendum to be held on November 15 and 16. The government will respond to this request in the coming days.

In the meeting, the Catalan club was represented by Jordi Cardoner, the vice president, and Oscar Grau, the CEO of the club.
