With Barcelona, per the report, earning 45 million euros annually from the season pass, a decrease in games in which the fans can be attendees is sure to result in a reduction in income for the Catalans. The reduction the club will endure will depend on the amount of games the club can offer, which is yet to be seen.
Thus, the club expects the coming season to start behind closed doors, unless otherwise specified by the local government.
