The Barça players will announce later today that they are willing to negotiate as long as the negotiations take place individually.
CADENA SER has reported that the players sent two letters to club president Josep María Bartomeu, in which they requested the board members to reach individualized agreements with both the players and the ordinary workers. The players understand that the club has agreed to do so after the constitution of the salary adjustment table, and are now ready to negotiate.
The players will reportedly inform the club of their decision this afternoon. The club had the following to say about the constitution of the salary adjustment table: “The configuration of this table, which must be unique, will allow decision-making in accordance with the specifications of each group, a will already shared with the professional players.”
As reported, the players will announce they are open to negotiations as long as individualized decisions are guaranteed. There is time to come to an agreement until the 5th of November.
